Cannot Delete my own files thru FileZilla

I bet I can delete them using GoDaddy's pages instead of a third person software.

To Delete Files or Folders Using the File Manager

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.
2. Click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage.
4. From the Tools section, click File Manager.
5. Use the directory tree to find the file or folder you want to delete. 
6. Select the file or folder, and then click Delete. 
7. Click OK.

• I could not delete using several FTP user names inside GoDaddy

There’re roughly 5700 files and images in my Prupis.info web site using 3.24 GB of space.
I’m copying them to a 16 GB SD Card which I will mail you.
